Usage Tips
To help get the coolness last longer, you can try the following methods:
- Put the mat in the refrigerator for a few hours before using it. (Please note that the mat may get hard if left in the freezer for too long)
- Place a towel over the mat instead of lying/sitting directly on it.
- Buy 2, 1 for using, 1 for cool down.Some customers place the mat under their pillow after freezing it (works for thinner pillows). in this way, it's not too cold to lay on and the coolness can seep through gradually for a long time.

Solutions

- Appropritely extend the restore time.
